Sorry if I sound selfish. My goal is to adjust the lights to point them dead center so that it will be brighter on the road for me, the driver, to see better. Since potholes are everywhere, I need to shine on the road as much as possible including the curb.
Overhere, nobody cares about blinding oncoming traffic cuz they themselves don't give a damn. Everybody is looking out for themselves only.
I was thinking about installing HID but afraid the cops might ticket me so I better not risk it.
