That's wierd, 'cause your car does'nt look all that much lower than mine and I would have thought that coilovers all the way down would make the car almost touch the ground.....

OK, so technically, WeaDD CAN have the lowest 1st gen 'cuz he has coilovers....
the coilovers will give "OUR" cars a more notified and bonefied drop than us using springs... Only bad thing is if you live in an area where the road is crap , like most of the city of new york.(5boroughs) the ride will be just unbearable...

If you live in like florida or cali , those places you will absolutely love it ..
I went to Cali like last year or so and man the roads were so flat and smooth , I swore it was damn rediculous... not to mention I could not find one speed limit sign the whole time I was there

To be quit honest I am really satisfied with Bizob's drop on his second gen ... It looks nice to me .. I am pretty much going to do the same thing that you did , cut springs, I really don't feal like buying a set of springs for the car and could really care less....
it's a hoptie... lol ...
nice

Here's the gap with the 17s...

If the question is who has the least wheel gap.... It's not me with this wheel setup, but if the question is who's car is lowest to the ground....

2.25" ground clearance at the front.

EDIT: The white mark on the driveway on the passenger side of my front bumper is fiberglass being scraped off the bottom of the bumper... My driveway is full of white marks like that one...
