I dont know if mine is the lowest for sure, but im tucking tire on the stock 13's. Check the link in my signature to see the lowness.

everytime i pull out of my driveway.....

 

dam. u wont make it up my driveway. my cars stock height with no wheel mods and still scrapes sometimes lol

I highly doubt there is a Protege or a 323 out there lower than that....

 

It makes me feel good to know im the only dumbass to do that to thier 323. Me and my buddies got together and primered it one day. I work at a dealership and im getting it painted soon. I got a few other mods up my sleeve for you guys....

 

I doubt mines the lowest but here ya go anyhow....
