Smaller radiator?

IT sure would be easier to route the intercooler piping if the radiator was a little smaller. Are there any options for smaller radiators? Of course...without risking overheating a perfectly good engine all the time....

I'm running a 2 inch civic rad on my pro 1gen with a gtx swap i did not have any trouble yet but the temp here in Quebec hasn't raise over the 25 degree so i don't really know what's going to happen this summer. In any case i plan on making the shop build me rad the same since has a civic but 3 inch thick with the outlet on the proper angle to connect to my engine has i had to make many bend in the hose so it would fit. I put the intercooler just on the side of the rad so both are side by side just like the mazdaspeed. I also will to have made a customized intercooler with the inlet an outlet placed where i'm going to have the shortest intake tube that i can for photo look here http://www.cardomain.com/id/protila

I really want to put my IC up front, ahead of everything else, but the AC condenser takes up too much room. I've got to have AC down here. I just got my Starion IC today and have come to the conclusion that I'm either going to have to get a different, smaller IC or a JDM bumper like Darryl has (which will probably be next to impossible ). I suppose I could get a smaller rad and a smaller IC, but I'm a little concerned about that too. Aside from maybe the desert southwest US, we have one of the hottest climates around.

when i had mine first turbo setup i was runing starion fmic and i had ac,also with mine curent setup im runing ac but i had to get slick fan for the condenser. now im at the point ac has to go because i got to move mine primary fan in front of the radiator(need room to clear 3 inch inlet pipe to the turbo).also mine ic isnot small it measures 36Lx10Tx2.75W.
