I had my Probe's ECU reprogrammed and I will say it was more than worth the 225$!! My Probe Idles better and has alot more zip than is did on the factory ECU. Chips are a bit of a joke but if you can find somebody who will reprogram your ECU its a worthy upgrade.

Is it possible to reprogram the Pro's ECU? Doesn't it need EEPROM or something?

I sent my ECU to a guy named Jay B and he has all the programming stuff to do it, so I'm not sure what it would take to re-program the Pro's ECU.

The Pros chip cannot be re-programmed, only an add-on "black box" can be used.
