power adders to a '90 1.8l SOCH

I have a 1990 323 with a 1.8l 16V SOCH engine (106hp, 100hp gtech) and is thinking about getting a bit more power ..

what would get me the most bang for my bucks ? converting to DOHC ? adding Turbo ? or nitrous ?

or simply replacing the entire engine ?

anyone here that have tried any of these options ?

i'm not interested in mods that will give me 5hp extra, i don't think it's worth the trouble .. atleast 30-40 hp extra ..

- BPT 1.8L DOHC turbo motor (j-spec) swap (180-200hp)
- DOHC BP swap (125hp)
- DOHC head swap (intake and exhaust manifolds, DOHC ECU, etc) (hp gain unknown, no numbers from anyone whos done it)
all the above should be mated to the DOHC tranny (G5M-R or G25M-R)
- KL 2.5L V6 swap (ECU, axels, rotors, tranny etc) (170-200hp)
- KL06 1.8L V6 (same as the 2.5L, but not worth the trouble) (130hp)
