Oil pump woes

I have a 91 1.8l dohc with 170,000 miles on it. I do not know what I am doing motor wise yet, i.e. N/A or turbo, here is my delima. My oil pump is leaking, ,i.e. loosing pressure. Do I or do they offer a high flow oil pump or should I just replace it with an original. how hard id this job, I have done the timing belt and oil pan. Do I get a set of cam gears while I am in there?

try nopi.com to see if they have a high performance pump or get a stock one from the dealer not an auto supply store.
