More on Headers

Well guys, i really hoped we might get a version of these *new* 4-1 Miata headers:
www.racingbeat.com/frmiata.htm (look halfway down)

I emailed them again 'arguing' that they just spent a TON of R&D on the new miata headers...so why would they HAVE to do R&Dd on our cars?! Why not use the SAME size and length they are using for these new Miata headers and JUST MAKE IT FIT OUR FWD BP!!!!
Also, a guy from the Escort EZBOARD -who lives 10 min away from the Racing Beat factory- emailed and then talked to the one of the manager's at the factory....
Welp, it just seems they are pretty content with what they are doing!?! oh well; i DON'T want to be negative, but there sure ain't no reason to think otherwise
So.....options??
Something i thought of is buying the new cast stainless flange off them (if they'd sell it?!) and see if Tripoint would make a custom header...
Jesse, you've mentioned making headers eventually...any ideas on this?
Actually, if i can get the Genie headers, i'd prob be happy with them....I'm just trying to think of anything else we can with this 'header-less' situation
