Exhaust Gaskets on GTX

Quick question. Is there supposed to be a gasket between the exhaust manifold and the section which feeds into the turbo?

If that's confusing...there are 3 parts of the exhaust channel: the manifold, a second section, and the turbo exhaust inlet. I have a gasket between the second section and the turbo, but there was no gasket between the manifold and the second section.

I'm at work right now so Ic an't have access to take a picture, but I'll take a picture of what I'm talking about later. I just hope someone can help before then so I can get the gasket during lunch if needed.
