Crank seal

last time i got my oil changed, the guy told me that my car was losing oil from the tranny. So he told me to go to a tranny repair shop, because he couldnt figure what kind of oil was leakin and neither why. So i gone to a tranny shop, and that they told me that: it is motor oil, leaking from the crank seal, and its not a really big problem, but that would wear my clutch faster. So what should i do/think about this?

i haven't had any problem with my clutch wearing faster - i have a 91 lx with almost 200,000 miles and still have not replaced the original clutch and crank seal. i do know the crank seal is leaking and has been for a long time, but the clutch has held up.
