Well, the snow seems to be here. I guess that means that cruise nite is officially over. My steelies are on (since i blew a tire) so that a good thing. Just wanted to complain, thats all

where did you guys get your winter tires from. i want to get some for my car, kaltire told me 1000 for tire or 900 with tire and rim at tirecraft. is that a reasonable price or is there somewhere else i can get a good deal.

i shopped around and ended up getting mine at sears polopark of all places...it was the cheapes though out of kal tire, canadian tire, mazda and a couple other places. Ended up being close too 900 for Artic Alpines + Rims + installation and balancing.

I bought my tires and rims from canadian tire I got the rims and the Artic Alpines with balancing and installation for 771$ taxes included.

oh yeah i forgot I also got them to include the free tire replacement certificate with that for the same price......i think i was able to get the balancing for free because I told them taht costco had a deal on those tires and their price includes free balancing.......i bought them last year.......you will never save more then 15% off those michelin artic alpines i noticed that they are on sale this week at canadian tire i watched the price on them all last year and they never went for anything lower then that....it's possible you might get them cheaper at another place but i highly doubt it....oh yeah you might want to try walmart for prices on steelies i found their prices were pretty good....if you go to canadian tire and tell them you will buy rims and tires they will most likely give you a deal on the last sale price on rims.........try the regent store.
