Cracked rear fender

I have a 2003 Mazda P5. Coming out of the grocery store I see my rear fender cracked about a 2 inches what would be the cheapest way to fix that?

The fenders are fiberglass correct?

Thanks for your advice or info

Dan

I've had a similar crack. The damage at MPI was assessed as not worth it to repair, so the claim ended up being for a new bumper.

the fenders and quarter panels are made of steel.

the bumpers (which i'm pretty sure you are asking about) are made of some sort of plastic.
