Yokohama Avid H4 S

any of you guys know anything about the new yokohama avid h4s tires? I got them off of tirerack.com, there, because there soo new, they really didnt have much to say about them, but i think they should be fairly decent.(like my AVS ES 100's) U know of anyone, or any places that have something to say about these tires?

I just got 'em - and am VERY pleased. I put the 205/45/16s on the stock rims - looks good and handles remarkably better! The wet weather performance was said to be 'poor' but i have not noticed that at all!@ (P'bly 'cause the dunlops were so bad!) :P

I had the previous incarnation, the Avid H4, and it was a fine tire. Fairly quiet, good ride, and I even auto-crossed on them once (late in the season when my Victoracers went to Tire Heaven one event too early) and they weren't bad. Very predictable, and the car was nicely balanced.

Thumbs up I like Yokohama's but....

I have the P215/50R17-93V's in the YK520's....Supposed to have a warranty of 60,000. They don't...The ADVID H4s/V4s are new and are should be a better tread life. If I can only find them in the Houston area. That's my next choice. I still love Yokohama tires. the handling is too great just to give them up.
