wheelmax rims
I ordered some 17"s from wheelmax and they should hopefully be coming in sometime this week. I was just wondering if they come mounted and balanced and everything so I can just put them on. Thanks

Wheelmax is a great place to order rims. My 17s were shipped very quickly and they were flawless. Can't wait to order some 18" chrome wheels.

You got lucky. A few members and I have been jerked around by Wheelmax, given false delivery dates (my wheels have not even shipped out yet and I ordered on June 12th!) They lied directly to me. Buy at your own risk!!!

That sucks. I have been real lucky when it comes to all my car stuff. I managed to get one of the few APC tails that doesn't leak.

You call their 1-800 number and hit 3 for "Customer Service" (a term used VERY loosely). They'll "look it up" and tell you what day it should arrive. But having been lied to so many times about this, you really have no way of knowing anything!

I just gave them a call and the person told me it was shipped on the 18th and should arrive by the end of this week. Hopefully this wasn't a lie because someone else from Hawaii waited 2 months for his rims to come in from them.

Wow, it seems that the people in this forum have had good luck with Wheelmax. As you can see by clicking on the link that Nate0123 provided, I had a shitty time and I'm still putting up with it. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still sitting on three rims. Who knows when the hell I'll get the 4th rim, I'm sure Wheelmax doesn't!!
I was going to order rims from them for my girls Golf GTI, but now I say **** it, and **** Wheelmax!! I'd actually rather pay $200-500 more for reliable service!!

im scared now. I just ordered my rims from them for 800 bucks and they said it should be in my tuesday. What is dumb is that i live about 30 minutes away from them and they wont let me pick them up. I hope I get all my lug nuts and mounted right.
