what's wrong with the Bridgestones

I hear many people claim the Pot RE92's are terrible in the rain. Well I'm from NJ and it's been pouring for the past few weeks and i've been on the Parkway and Turnpike with no problem at all. Ofcourse i use common sense in wet conditions and keep it at 60 or so and watch the turnoffs, but still i don't find them so bad. Am i alone on this?

Hmm.. I would think in that situation it doesn' t matter what tires you have... I'm sure AWD has a lot more effect on sand than the tires do.

That really isn't as easy as you might think it looks... anyways, if you have a legitimate comment on the RE92s, the dude asked a question. I just thought it would be cool to show what I thought was a pretty nifty video with the RE92s

Agreed.

As to answer the original question.. my gf's bridgestones hold up well to South Florida's weather. We're like you.. common sense when it rains. It's amazing though how many people there are out there that would blame their accidents on bad tires when they go 80+mph in the rain.

Btw.. there was a post a while back (I think it was from the IS300 forum or something).. and this kid slid his car off the road in dry weather I think it was... anyhow.. it turned out that he Armor-All'd he's tread... he thought it looked better!

Just thought it was a funny story to share.
