What Tires!?

Aight,

I'm either gonna go with the Kumho's 712 ($120cdn (installed)) or with some Woosung Nexen's ($100cdn installed)...

any last comments??

Also, for the Kuhmos, the Z rated ones are stickier than the V rated ones, however the V rated ones last longer.
actually this was my next question, I wasn't sure which ones to get. I mean honestly they V is 149mph and Z is 149+, and figuring I'd never get my car to that speed, lol, doesn't really matter. However, would stickier tires make a big difference in the rain? I'm in vancouver, and it rains a ton. What would you recommend. I'm not a street racer or anything, but would like a good set of tires that will last a long time. The ones I have now have been good for 55,000km.

I'm getting 205/50-15.

i have the Z rated Khumos right now. (205/45/16) Mind you i bought them used with the wheels and they were quite worn out, so i can't comment on thier longevity, but i can say, even in thier weaked condition, they stick like hell.

The V rated will probably be perfect for what your looking for.

canada vs us

just wondering if the rating in tires is different between canada and the us?

I called a few stores, and I've been told it only comes in V and R rating? maybe I'm confused.. lol!

in anycase, I'll probably go with the V rating. I'm sure thats good enough.. better than the tires I have on right now.

I've gotten a cost of around $110cdn, which is pretty good, better than what I thought I'd be spending on tires with this type of tread.

I actually also just found out that they the store I called, well my dad knows the guy there! so hopefully I'll get it under $100 bones... =) can't wait! The rain's already started, and so is the hydroplannin'

Blue

THESE BABIES STICK IN THE RAIN! Holy smokes, I can't believe how DIFFERENT these tires are compared to my last ones. I don't hydroplan, slipout or anything.

Thanks again guys for your recommendations, totally happy!
