Question what rims should i get for my car...please help!

hi,

i'm going to be getting some new rims for my '88 323 gtx (which looks exactly like this, expect these rims, http://sturtevant.com/323GTX/fs_radzieta/) and i'm looking to get some momo rims....only momo rims .....but i need help deciding which ones are best....if you got some time to look around go to www.momo.it > Momo > Wheels and tell me what you think is the best rims for my car.....thanks for the help!

I was recently looking at the GT 2 Racing ones...they are all white, but some of my friends think they will look gay cause it's white on black....but I dunno, what do you guys think about white on black....

White on black is good because of the stark contrast. But you have some shades of grey, and I dont think it would look good. Just my opinion though.

When I say grey, I mean the bumpers which are not the same color as the black on your car.

I would definitely have a more rally look to it.

Dude, you have a GTX? I'm so jealous. I'm waiting to get my hands on a real clean one someday. If not that then an 89 Turbo All-trac Celica hatchback. Woo hoo!!!!!!

I know you've emphasized Momo and we carry the momo line but their wheels are quite heavy and not that cheap. Is it momo for the looks or the name or the strenth or all three?

I'd go with the Quasar 2 for sure on the hatchback. I wouldn't reccommend a 5 spoke. Unless it's real thick. Let me know your reasoning as there's some serious stuff available out there.

Are you form or function? Race/Rally or Street. What diameter are you looking for?

SedanMan...thank you for your opinion

people think i'm gonna get mad at them on this topic but i won't, just let me know what you think i don't care if you think it's crap just tell me....i need to know so i make the best decisions, thanks again...

ARD MP5...lol ya i got a very clean one that is almost in mint condition since...recently me & my dad (who is a mechanic) took out the entire engine and gave it a nice clean and paint, port and polished the heads, fix old parts and so on...anyways back to topic...ya i want momo for all of those things you mentioned (looks, name, strength) but's its also a 4th thing, because i'm italian and want to stick with my heritage, lolz ....anyways you say that "we carry the momo line", and i was wondering, do you think you can give me a quote in american prices for things i'm looking for that way i know how much it'll roughly cost up here where i am?

SedanMan...ya i want a rally look too, so i guess white is out...

what do you guys think is good for a rally looking rim from momo for a car like mine?

thanks guys!!!!

What about OZ racing of Italy? I can get you a true rally wheel from them.

check out ozwheels.com and just look around. Who cares if you mix it up. Most of the time wheel manufacturers don't make seats, steering wheels, etc...

Just be interested in putting together a very functional vehicle. You'll love OZ, plus they use them in rally.
