Anthracite all the way. Absolutely awesome color. Just a little lighter than gunmetal. Very beautiful.

I've also got a vivid yellow Protege5 and have a set of ROTA Sub-Zero's in GUNMETAL. I was a bit leary when I ordered that color, but I was FLOORED by the AWESOME look that my ride now has! The dark "gun metal" color really sets off the yellow body work. Also Kincaid's "anthracite" would also be a similar color.

You will NOT be disapointed.

if you are seriously considering having your rims coated...POWDER COATED....look in the yellow pages under "coatings" or for shops that special in metal fabrication....you should find something there....then just call around and get some prices.

any good powdercoater should be able to match the color just fine....

and as far as brake dust...it will make EVERYTHING look darker...just keep your wheels clean! :{D

I'd recommend getting them powdercoated either gunmetal (dark grey) or black. That'd look smooth as hell on your Vivid Yellow P5.

Powder coat them black or gun metal.....that is the way to go.....if you need 2 you can get them done down here for about 120 almost any color....I had my old wheels done in white about 4 years ago and my friend now has them and they still look just as good as the day i had them done

i think the silver focals with the yellow center caps look real good, but if i had to paint it... then maybe yellow or black.

I think yellow rims would look tight but also black rims would look dope....heres two examples....

I went with the bronze to contrast the yellow. Thought it looked better. I also like the idea of the black or gunmetal with the yellow cars.
