so you did go with the avid h4s? if so....yeah dont see any problems with them at all. and yes...the traction and stablility are very nice compared to stock. you can actually drive comfortably and not be to freaked out about slding off the road or spinning out. i noticed you said chicago suburbs....where about? im inrockford myself but my g/fs parents live out in the wheaton area. were up there every so often to see them. anyways.....nice choice with the tires...im sure after having them on a bit longer youll be very pleased with them.

I did get the Avid H4s. When I would make a turn from a stop with the Dunlops on wet pavement, I could feel the tires searching for grip and it was a very disconcerting feeling.

I'm in Plainfield, about 15 minutes south of Naperville, and not too far from Wheaton. It's super freakin' windy today and blowing snow all over my once clear driveway
