Tire sizes??

Tire sizes??
I'm looking to put different tires on my sedan eventually. Are there any different tire sizes that I could use so that I wouldn't have to recalibrate my spedo?

alright i went to a tire place today to buy some new tires , when i was about to pay i told him that my tire size was 195/50/16 but the tire that i wanted only made 205/50/16. so i asked him would that tire size would fit my car. his reply was no.(is that true?)(and if it is can i go with 205/45/16?)

[ 205/50 should fit the skinny stock rims better than 205/45 ..
as best i can remember, the only 205/45 tire i could find rated for a 6" rim is the Pirelli PZero system/giallo.
so which one do u think that i such go with or should i just buy the stock dunlop
or
