Tire rot? Two years in garage

Hi, I'm picking up some cheap used stock Goodyear RSA tires from an '04 Mazda 3 today and they have been stored, covered, in a garage for two years. Do I need to worry about tire rot or anything like that? They have 5,000 miles on them.

as long as they haven't been in superdry conditions it shouldnt be much of a problem....but i would suggest going to one of your local tire shops and buying some used ones from them....at a good price....
