should i replace tire or what?

Hey Guys,

About two months ago, I had a nail stuck in my front driverside tire. I had it pulled out and plugged. there was no problem.

Since then every once and a while I would pull over because I felt like my car was kind of pulling to one side and I would hear weird noise (which could be coming from the road, Not sure.), well I would pull over and check, and my tire was fine.
Well, my question is Am I just paranoid or is it that I should just replace my tire because it is bound to blow at some time or is it just weird road noise that I am hearing that makes me think it's my tire. I dont know I am confused, has anyone else had this problem or is it just me?

If you're really worried, rotate your tires-put fronts on the back and other way around. At least check if wheel lugs are torgued right.
I had screw in my tire, I had it plugged, put lots of km on it, autocrossed it and even took it to the race track-no problems.
I don't even remember whether it installed on the front or back now
