Will these rims work with a 42 offset. I don't really understand offsets. Is there anything to do to make em fit? Camber bolts or something?

The offset is the amount of spacing between the wheel mounting face and the center of the wheel. A plus 42mm may fit, but you can take the wheels down to a machine shop and have them trim off about 3mm to make it a +45.
