I REALLY want '95 maxima wheels.

O.K., Here's the deal: I had a set of wheels given to me. I really want to keep 'em. They were previously on a '95 Maxima.
The lug pattern is right, 5x4.5, but I'm not so sure about the offset.
Can I get adapters if they DON'T fit? How much will the adapters/spacers(i don't know what to call 'em) cost?
Also, the rims are 17x7.5. I suppose the fitment guide will work for my tire choice?
Thanks in advance and Sorry for my cluelessness...

Hello. I will try to answer this First, did you put one on your car to see how it fit?? Also, lets say the offset on the maxima wheel is +30. A spacer will not help you because it moves the wheel out, and you would need it in. Lets say the offset is +55, then you can just put them on and roll, hoping the center bore hole is big enough. I have only used spacers/adapters when fitting high offset wheels, on low offset vehicles. i.e. Front wheel drive rims onto rear wheel drive vehicles. Hope this helps, I am probably wrong, but I dont think I am

I doubt they have the 48-50mm offset required to use 7.5" wheels on your car.

Whooooweee!

I finally had a second to spare, so I jacked up my car and tried putting on my new wheels. They seem to fit.
The tires don't rub, the car drives fine, and the wheel doesn't stick out past the fender.
Does this mean they fit? Or is there some other thing that I should look out for?
One thing that concerned me was that the inside of the wheel/tire only clears the spring(rear) by 1/4 inch, maybe even less. But it DOES clear. I'll try and post some pics soon if there's no problems, 'cause they look really good!
Thanks for any help...

First of all, slamprotege5, thanks for the replies, I thought I was talking to a wall for a minute there. Second, do you think there will be a problem with the rear rim and spring being that(1/4"-1/8") close to each other? I only did a short test drive before taking the wheel back off to look for rubbing(there was none)and I'm still a little paranoid to get on the freeway. I still can't believe they fit!
