Help please! Will wheel spacers save me?

Hello everyone I need some help.
I bought a 01 Mazda Protege5 in June. When I bought it I took it to the shop and had new rubber installed on the 16" wheels.

I live in Canada so are winters can be harsh woth lots of snow and ice. So after reading this forum I seen that 14" 5x114.3 wheels would fit. So I found a awesome deal on a used set then went and bought Hankook rubber and studded it.

Well this afternoon I replaced all the brake pads then went to install the new winter wheeles/rubber and the center bore is to small! I'm choked!

It is so close but it is just to small and there is a gap between the wheel and rotor that is just under a quarter inch, maybe less.

Is there some kind of spacer I can get so I don't have to buy new wheels and rubber (I can't find 14" 5x114.3 with 67.1 centerbore steel wheels).

I am desperately hoping someone has a link to a spacer that will save me.
Thanks for any help
