I saw the RPM rims. They look like really good rims. Like Sir Nuke said, they have been around for ever! When I think centerline, I certainly don't think of funky 18 inch tuner wheels!

Anyway, I think that Rishie posted something that the RPM line doesn't come in the right offsets for the 2000+ proteges. Try doing a search and see if you can find that post.

Dale.

Sean's visiting the Centerline distributor as we speak.

Fortunately Centerline has gone to a 17,7 +42 which will work with all the Proteges. P5's must use a 205/40/17 however.

We are also checking to see if we can shave the backpad of the wheel to acheive the higher offset needed for the P5 in both the 18 and 19inch diameters. Hopefully Sean will have good news for us when he returns.

Thanks, Rishie

Centerlines

Sorry they didn't have any in stock for me to look at!!

I should know pretty soon though! As it looks now they will not fit!(the 18" & 19")

But the 17" will fit with a 205/40/17 and it only weighs 13lbs. Rotary Forged too WOW!!!

i'll have the prices on the 17" wheels soon!

I'll post pics on the page!

I wouldn't risk putting 18's on. The centerline rims are so expensive that it would seriously hurt if you bend one. But if you insist, I wish you good luck!~

I've got a set of Centerline wheels on another car and LOVE them. I've actually had them for 8 years and this is the second car they have been mounted on. Cheap they sometimes aren't but hold up well and are light. I haven't seen prices for their new FWD line but the forged RWD wheels in similar sizes are around $260 each retail. You should be able to find a good deal with smart shopping. I definately recommend them. You can get them through Discount Tire, Firestone Tire, Jeg's and Summit Racing. They probably aren't listed on their websites yet but should be able to quote a price over the phone.

I like the Centerline RPMs but couldn't find a supplier other than Discount Tire, and they didn't know dick. If you guys can hook us up with some details, like weight (I gotta know the weight) and price that'd be sweet.

I had a set of 3 piece Centerlines on a Jeep XJ that the wife rolled and totaled. The only thing I salvaged was the wheels. Even though 3 of the tires were ripped off and shedded, the wheels weren't damaged. Yep I'd buy Centerlines again, they're worth the price.

Thanks Sean, that helps. But now you have me wondering.

I got a email reply back from Rishie and he suggested the LE37Ts which look sweet and I said I'd take those, but now that I know you guys can get the RPMs and they're only 13lbs, I'd like to compare the Volks to the Centerlines price wise. Either way you guys have sold me some wheels. Good job and thanks.
