16s or 17s on 1st gen

16s or 17s on 1st gen

in about a month i am purchasing sprint lowering springs with a drop of 2 inches, what is the max size rim i could fit on once i have dropped it this much, i have heard no bigger then 16 and one guy even said 15

I have those springs and Im running 16's. No problems. Tires are 205/40/16, I think there is enough room to run 45's.

as far as I know Wil has Sprint springs and 17" rims so there shouldn't be a problem fitting the wheels.

They are 16 x 7, +42mm offset.
