I plan to change stock steel rims on my 97 Protege LX Touring, I would go with some cheap 15x6.5 rim. About tires, I do not decide between 195/55 R15 or 205/50 R15 or 205/55 R15 Goodyear Eagle GT II, Potenza R910 and Yokohama T4.
Is there somewhere aroud that I can find used rims, specaly from MX-3 or MX-5 Miata. I found PWC 082 (Bobret Type H) 15x7 offset 35 that is pretty good price $100+tax/rim, but it is very heavy 21lb.
I do not know how much weight stock rim 14x5.5, to not go with heavier alloy rim than stock one.
One more question about offset:
Is +40 Ok for 6.5" width rim, and +35 for 7".
