However, since then I've got nothing but the runaround from Les the service manager whenever I have any warranty work. I brought my MP3 in yesterday because for a while now I've had problems with grinding in 1st through 4th gears. I know lots of people have had issues with this in their Protege5/MP3s. Les told me(only after I brought it in mind you, not over the phone when I called about my issue), that Gerry Gordon's would charge me labor costs to look at the problem as it's considered "normal wear and tear". Grinding of gears on a car that has less than 23,000KM on it is completely ridiculous. Then trying to charge your customer for work covered by warranty is not only ridiculous, I feel it borders on illegal. I brought my car to Destination Mazda on Portage and they had no issue whatsoever with looking at it as well as setting up an appointment to fix the issue on Monday, and they will be getting all my future business.
Please feel free to pass this onto Gerry Gordon himself and to let him know that screwing over your own customers is not the way to encourage repeat business and I will be certain to pass my stories on to all my friends as to the kind of way GG deals with people.

I heard that the same clown who left a deposit on ours for a month also left a deposit on yours!
Actually, our Mazdaspeed is being delivered as I type this.
This couple came down to our dealership and bought ours after someone at Gordon's lied to them and told them that you guys at 2 Speeds in stock.

Yeah, i will also have to agree with Gerry Gordons.....they had my MP3 for a week and a half and i have no idea what the hell they did to it but they made the clunk worse
Then when i tried to show them that it was still making the noise, they told me that its only doing it because its cold.....well thats complete bullshit.....i don't know who and the hell they were trying to kid.....plus they powder coated the **** out of my rear sway bar and now it looks like crap...infact, i think i'll phone and complain tomorrow.....

mazda salesman going to pembina dodge
hey Adam and Brett actually i know the service area is fucked up but i am leaving to go to pembina dodge 284 6650 because of the way they treat their employees and customers so if u guys want to hear some horror stories i will tell u get back to me and gerry gordons mazda does have 2 mazdaspeeds in stock one is behind will be arriving monday but i will not be there ! love u guys have fun with your cars and if i happened to sell u one and the service sucked i am truly sorry thanks guys ..
