cowtowners mini meet
anyone interesting in meeting on saturday oct 19th at cb's drive in?
It's on 14th and northmount drive nw (789 northmount to be exact). We can meet up here maybe have a shake or some fries and take a city cruise.
I'm thinking midday, say around 1:00 ish, maybe some kids could come out... i dunno, i will be there at that time if anyones up for it

it seems to me that the reason we haven't gotten our $hit together is partially due the the "stand-off'ish" attitued of many calgary owners. when people feel a need to wait to see if others will attend before they will even consider comitting, then we have a problem. People wait to see if there is an interest, as opposed to getting activley involved, hence everyone stands around waiting for some other sucker to test the water....wouldn't want to catch a cold now would we? if everyone just took a leap of faith and comitted, got involved or even moved an mm in a positive direction, then maybe, just maybe we could get some form of a club together, but until then, i will just meet with who ever is willing. I apologize if this sounds agressive and it is not meant to single any people out, it's just a rant and a vent, and ahhh f@%k it.....................

)If I'm free, I will probably stop by and say hi at least.
BTW - I think it's commendable that a couple of you guys are trying to get something a little more structured set up. Maybe if we make this an us vs. them thing between Calgary and Edmonton we would get off our asses and participate? Maybe Richard or Bryce can throw out some 'incentive' for us??

there are more people from calgary on this board: Veetwelve, Snype451, Maxx mazda, Pro cat & Jayrox, Meshell, Anomaly, Spanky dragon, 91dx, iamcanadian, space~ace, bean bandit, paulf, 20fs, yzrs, don668, protege5chick, chocoboae, iamcanadian2 to name all i can think of, there are obviously numerous who have at minimum visited this board, so where are these people now....gone! maybe if we can get a club going, we can maintain peoples interest and keep the dream alive
