okay I feel retarded but I feel almost liek a little kid a few days before x-mas I can't wait untill saturday... I keep telling people at work about it and I swear they are gonna all beat the crap outta me or something but I jsut can't help it I have been waiting TOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO long...

Come on Bryce, we must all be loopy since we love our cars so much. I've told people I'm going to Red Deer this weekend to meet others with similar cars and all I get is funny looks. I guess they just don't understand and if you have to explain it, well it's not worth it

Yeah - I try to explain that to them, but they just don't seem to understand!!
I guess it's cuz you don't see this kind of 'togetherness' with all the SUV drivers i work with..

No Brycer, you are not the only one. Besides the waiting, the next hardest thing is keeping the car immaculately clean. My wife and I were at the car wash for over an hour last night working on our P5. It's almost a compulsion for us now.
This is our first new car and I think that it lends itself well to wanting to keep it beautiful. We are certainly very excited about the prospect of driving up to RD to hang with other Mazda owners.
I will be doing my first oil change tomorrow night and this too is exciting to me. I am going synthetic. I haven't done that with a car, ever. I put synthetic in my sport bike but none of my cars warranted the 'special treatment'.
Yup, definitely a compulsion.

LOL people at work are like "so what they ahve the same car who cares" and I just laugh and tell them they have no idea what they are talking about and don't know what htey are missing hey a mazda ad on tv sweet..
