Yeah the EGR is my only question in didnt follow it to the end over on MSpro but i know there may have been mating problems with the stock EGR tube going to the revised location on these manifolds i am just wondering if that problem has been solved or there is an included fix for it. If there is no problem with the EGR then i am most likly in on this

1. Matty
2. kargoboy (Gary)
3. Leonardo
4.Johnnie
5. atticus1398(shane)
6. Timmy
7. byohnd
8. ^tyrant^ - powdercoated by matty (so ship it to him)
9. Shadow102 - pending answer to above question
10.

Matty, would thermal spacers made for the oem manifold still work with this manifold? and a thermal spacer for the tb as well?

The manifold spacer should definatly work since its the same bolt pattern and port size as the stock manifold. The TB spacer might work as long as this manifold uses the stock TB but according to matty in the earlier post he is researching using differnt throttle bodys so i am not sure on that one

yeah, I'd think the sapcer would work as would the TB.

The only reason I was researching different TB's was to find one LARGER than 55mm. If I could get a nice 65mm TB that would be a neat little pick-up.

yaeh i want to increase my tb as well, phil is gonna look around for me in jamaica for something compatible, or if i can get an extra to hone out, flatten the butterfly and take out half the shaft. i have ajunk one here that I have startedd playing sround with, took it apart and looking at whats possible, halfing the shaft would be cake, i just dont know much about honeing, its the tb off Luke's junk yard block, when they removed the block fro mthe car the basically beat all the accessories to crap so its not usable, but it is somenthing to practise on

yeah, I've got a spare also but the most you can overbore a stocker is an extra 2mm. not worth it IMO.
