Matty do you know who's 2 headers he did'nt get to complete?? Oh man I did'nt even know about the mazda6 project, I hope everything gets sorted out quickly. Another question matty do you know how long this delay will set us back??? Well I trust everything will be resolved as long as we keep getting updated I can wait a little while longer.

hey guys, sorry for the delay in posting. I was sick today and in bed most of the day. I spoke on the phone with Andy and he gave me yet another bump only this one isn't nearly as bad.

Andy told em that he ran out of the flanges to finish up the last 2 headers. He has 5 headers complete and both cat-less dp's that were ordered. He told me he would e-mail me pictures of the completed headers and DP's so you guys would be somewhat at ease and not worried about your money dissappearing in the whole Perf-fiasco. It's almost 10pm and I still do not have the email from andy.

I'm yet again sorry for the delay. I really hope you guys aren't too mad at me. As someone who is trying to open my own shop this is not the kind of attention to detail I plan on providing to my personal customers. I feel bad that Andy has been set back like this but there is no reason why people NOT in my GB are receiving their headers when my guys aren't. Sorry sorry sorry guys. This won't happen again.

I'll try to update tomorrow during my lunch break if possible.

I spoke to Andy yesterday as well and can pretty much vouch this information as well.

At this point, I'm like "whatever". Just get them done and let's carry on - I'm beyond having to deal with this any longer. I'm indifferent at this point.

Well I can almost guarantee that Andy is not the only one out there doing good work for our cars. And after this whole drama filled experience I will not be dealing with him any longer. This is the worst customer service that I have ever delt with when someone already has the money up front.

Yeah, I'm not denying the good work he does. I'm sure his craftsmanship is good. I'm sure he's swamped too, but running a job shop is difficult too...he may not have enough people (shop and admin) and his capacity is saturated (and over estimated).

Meh, whatever - its like I said Matty, I'm in no hurry to see the header sitting on my shelf for awhile, lol.

This is the nature of GB; they usually don't go all that smoothly. The only one that I've ever participated in that went off without a hitch was the B&M SS GB @ protegegarage.com. Thats the only one where i received the product within days of ordering. Every other one, I've waited 6 to 8 weeks to see. Hell, it took me 8 months to get all of my springs to drop my car, lol.

Don't sweat it, Matty - ain't no big thing.

I have been mostly quiet through this whole ordeal.....but as this week keeps going and we find out more great info....I can't seem to contain my anger over this joke that's going on. Matty I'm not pissed at you...but this BS with Andy has me getting more and more pissed every time I log on here. I Understand people and companys get busy but why am I seeing all these other people on other forums getting all thier s*&# when we cant even get info from Andy (who seems to be ducking and hiding) on when ours are going to be done? That's all I want is a date. How hard is it to give us a time line?

Well, he'll give me a date....and then it gets pushed back several times. This is what I was trying to tell you earlier. Every date I've been given and subsequently passed onto you guys has been delayed.

What I'm most upset about isn't the delay.....those are understandable but when I/we get delayed so he can take in NEW work....now thats crossing the line. I consider Andy is a good friend but he's hosing me and you guys over badly. I'm just really in shock about this whole thing and I hate to get on here and show a lack of faith but I'm tired of looking bad because of something out of my control.

Frank, I sense the sarcasm and thats part of the reason why I'm upset. He's building the 6sTT, Roni's header, turbo kits and LASTLY the stuff we paid for months ago. Very bad priority mix-up
