millers check still hasn't arrived. I can't process the order without it. I dont know for sure but I think he's cancelling it and rushing a new one to me. Other than that everything else is ready to go.

we need to get in touch with miller...there's still no payment from him yet. He told me it was lost in the mail but he was supposed to cancel that check and rush me a new one. I don't know if that got done or if it's just tied up in holiday mail. Also his check would be coming from the top corner of washington state to the middle of alabama so it may take a few days longer than usual.

If anyone sees him online or talks to him find out whats going on. Everything else is ready to go.

 

I'll drop him a PM over on msprotege (I am presuming he has the same name), maybe he'll see it quicker.

 

Okay, PM has been dropped. He was last active over there on the 27th, so hopefully he'll see it soon.

 

Here's his response to my PM:

"Well I've posted on the site and spoken to Matty on AIM and the same circumstances persist. I sent him a money order for $375, and he apparently never got it. That's all there is to the story. I'm out $375, and I wish I could help you guys out, because I want one really badly myself, but I just watched almost $400 go up in a puff of smoke, so..."

Guess that means the end, unless his MO shows up.

 

well crap. when I last talked to him he was going to cancel the check and send me a new one or something else.

He's not OUT anything unless someone has cashed the check....which is easily verified. this shouldn't keep him from checking and sending in another payment if no'ones taken his money.

Impression I got from that was he has written it off. I remember you saying he was going to cancel the first one and send another, so I don't know. Maybe if someone can call him or e-mail him directly it would clarify things. I would hate for us all to have waited this long for it all to fall through. Let me try bumping my thread over on the other forum to see if we can garner any post-holiday interest.

no'one should just blow off a $400 check without even following up with it. Something is kinda fishy here.

No show of interest on the other board, although I see people are looking at the thread. This is so frustrating, all this time waiting and now we may not be able to go through with this buy. Really sucks considering how many people said they wanted one (especially over there) and now nothing. ARRGGGHHHHHH!

 

Miller said that he sent a western union money order and he would go this week and have it tracked. After finding out I didnt get it he'd just paypal me the money to speed things up.
