anyone know where the "cruising" spots are?? I know its a pretty stupid question but would like to know so i can have stuff to do during the weekends and during the summer.

(Im in the burbs so going to the city would be more of a hassle)

well your in rockford soooo.... you know what boonies are (boondox)? do you know where bauman park is?

out that way is country roads... kishwakee river... that area is farm lands.. there where racing spots their (not saying i wasn't racing there) one called Baxter rd.... look it up.... you could drive for miles without seeing a car (depends what day and time... say saterday around 11:00 pm- 4:00 am)

make sure you set up a place.. and i can bet you wont be able to beat my brothers friend.. sam... a 93 (i think) black civic hatchback.. runner up to 2nd in state in quarter mile..

same with my stock p5 but hopefully when the warrenty is up ill have the money for the hiboost or womp and i might completely rebuild the autot rans with the lentech stuff *if i have that kind of money* but first things are new wheels and eibach kit

yea more or less i got 2 more years or if i do anything like cai,headers,exhuast ima save the stock istuff and if **** goes wrong put on the stock and see wat they will do

goood plan.... that would be some funny **** if they fix it. not knowing anything.... some dealers seem to be dumb as hell. then again, you gotta be dumb as hell to buy from a dealer

just because they scam the fn sheet outa you.. better to pay straight up cash

well that doesnt always work when we bought our roadtrek in '98 my dad went to the dealership with a doufle (sp) bad full of cash 60k to be exact! the owner couldnt take it becuase he thought the money was hot or my dad was a drug lord i know we have a pic somewhere ill look for it and see if i can scan it.



and saving stock parts was always a plan of mine and should be for most people so if you ever sell car you can put the stock crap back on and either use the aftermarket stuff for another car( if you will buy a similar car ) or just sell the other stuff seperate.

thats a good idea... whenever (this summer) i get a newer motor for my car.. save the old one taking working parts (undamaged) and save them... i know damn straight my fuel injectors stay with me (fkin things arn't cheap)

yea some people might think ur a packrat if u save all the stock **** but then when u sell ur car with stock **** and then sell ur aftermarket **** and you got alot of money you can just rub it in their face then that means more money to get a new car or mods for that car
