Hey, so far I have a few things:

Tinted all windows 22%
B+G springs with a 1.75" drop
Corksport (RaceTech) front strut tower bar

Right now I am working on getting the AEM intake, and a new muffler.

cool!
we'll have to organize a meet sometime soon. There are few other fellow Pro owners and EGT owners out this way.

That would be really cool. What city do you live in? I am in Escondido right off the 15 freeway. What would be half way between me and you? I don't know anyone around here who even has an interest in the Protege. I guess that's why 80% of the people around here drive Civic's. I got rid of my 2000 Civic Si for my 2001 Protege. Please don't ask me why...

hehehe, no need to ask why, i already know (as well all do)

I live in Huntington Beach, not sure exactly where Escondido is, but it takes me 1.5hrs to get to San Diego.

405, 55, 73, 133, 22, 5 and 57 frwys are all close to me. But i am right off the 405 just north of the 55.

Well I am only 15 minutes from the 5 freeway. Let me know when something comes up and I'll see if I can make my way up there.

I'm up here in Canyon Country, CA. In the Santa Clarita valley.

Darryl is like 1 hour away from me.

I guess that puts me about 1/2 way between you two, just off the top of the Sepulveda Pass (405). In fact, I live off Mulholland Drive.

So, Braden, are you coming to Buttonwillow to race on the 27-28th? (see Solo2.com for details) Be fun having 3 Proteges there. That's assuming Darryl shows up.

Ah man so tempting!! I don't really have the money to race but who knows... Whats it costing this time? The car really wants to race again, especially on a road coarse!

I work in woodland hills now, right by encino I think... those struts are still holding up!

Yeah, Woodland Hills is two towns over (going west - Encino-Tarzana-Woodland Hills).

It's not road racing, but rather an autocross on the East Loop. If you can convince them you're still a student, it only costs $10/day. If you have either an SCCA membership or a Cal Club points card ($10), it's $20/day. Otherwise, it's $35. (although that may change downward)

Speeds are a little faster than a normal autocross. I get into 3rd twice both days. Top speed for me is mid-high 60's. Some of the faster cars were in the 80's I'm sure.

What do you mean you have no money to race? Everytime I read something, you're pumping more money into your turboge. (or a computer, or...).

Hehe..... I sell to buy.....

Sold my old computer for a new one....

$10 is appealing... I believe i'll be up into 4th if your in 3rd...
Acceleration is way fast now... I'll see what I can do, we can caravan up there, I live right on the 14 freeway and I think that heads out towards buttonwillow up the 5 right?

I don't have a helmet either, just 5 pt harnesses... I'd love to spin my car again on the hard braking corners =) My brake pedal feels kinda mushy right now so I think I need those stainless brake lines...damnit....another $100...

Keep me updated...
