Try www.carsdirect.com . In your area (OK, I used Rancho Cordova for a zip), they list as $200 over invoice, with either $1000 cash back or 0.0% financing.

yes..

call the internet sales managers at the dealers around ur area. Then you will probably get the price 200 bucks over invoice. Then check out the edmunds.com or other websites to see if there's any incentive to dealers or to customers.
I got mine 2003 p5 out of door 1000 bucks under MSRP.

wish you good luck

E-mail every dealership. Calling let's them how you react to prices. If you are still looking at 2002, you should be able to easily go below invoice.. if 2003, yes, try invoice. If you are willing to pay invoice... walk into a dealership... find the car you want... when the dealer comes up... tell him "haha.. I'll buy this car right now.. if you can do invoice price"

Make sure they don't charge you on BS. Be ready to walk out at anytime if they give you crap.

I bought my P5 from an auto broker,"Any Auto" of Monterey, ca.
Tai (the broker) charges a flat rate ($200us) over invoice for any car. $200 seems to be the number!
No hassle, no clueless dealers(I was answering the salesman's questions about the car at the dealership?! Somethin' bass ackwords about that.)

Try the internet sales manager Joe Huang at Magnussen Mazda in Fremont. He has always managed to give me awesome deals on my Mazda's with no haggling. All via email too.
