Well everyone...

I know I sure would have liked to have made it to the Cali meet, but distance and money set me back a bit..

I'm sure I am not the only one with that problem, but I was thinking, since we have a few ppl in the southwest, most in Cali, but still quite a few in TX, CO, AZ, NV?, UT? we could throw something together at a central point in the Southwest..

Such as Las Vegas?? It's pretty much in the middle of everything..

I'm not very familiar with Vegas so don't know places to hold such an event, but with a little research we could find out.. I kinda get a brain fart when it comes to these things, I mean I can think them up, but can't think what to do at them, so a little help please??

Or maybe even in Lake Havasu, AZ for the AZ, CA, and NV Owners?? A little bit closer for NV & AZ owners.. If we could get some ppl from UT, CO & TX that would be great.. Plan a whole Weekend or something.. Beautiful weather, Warm water, BBQ'S, Beautiful Woman... <--- for ppl with honest priorities

Some ppl could camp for the weekend or if you just wanted to chill for the day, that would be cool...
Tag all the Protege's we see around town and maybe we can get some of them to come too...

Don't know if we could get all the Protege Memorabilia as with the Cali meet, but I'm sure if we put our heads together we could figure something out to do for this meet...


If anyone is interested let me know.. Just reply here and I'll keep a close look at it... I've never organized something like this, but with a little help from others we could do it...

Yea... I wasn't thinking until about mid sept or so.. That way the weather would be nice, wouldn't be too hot, too cold etc...

It was just an Idea I had in my head.. Help me out with the plans if you want...

I would camp the weekend, if it was in Havasu... Could talk with the Campground host's, there's campgrounds there that Have Hot showers, Store, Cafe, Boat rentals, Skidoo rentals etc... Event centers (such as a Pavilion), Beach to swim at, Playground for the kids, if you want to bring them camoing for the weekend, dump station (if you have an RV), over 170 campsites, we could reserve however many we need...

Everyone could Swim, Water Ski, relax in the sun, Talk about our Pro's whatever...

I'd be in Vegas in a heartbeat There are plenty of places to hold a meet...although would probably have to verify ahead of time, as to avoid any problems.

Although it may even be worth a 2 day thing, as one day in Vegas is not enough and then we'd have the use of the Hotels parking lot anyway, so no problems.

Kinda interesting idea. I might do the Vegas thing it if I could convince a friend to ride w/me.......I am planning a weekend drive up to extreme northern cali during Sept though.....so it'd depend what weekend it is.

Let's do it... Get the word out, find out how many ppl would actually go, I'm sure you guys know pro owners that are not on this board, so se what they say... I would rather do Vegas also, was the lack of knowledge and how-to on getting a meet spot...

But like I said, with a little help.. we could have it done and planned by Sept.. That way we have a date set in stone and maybe a few others would join..

Well it was an Idea anyways.. I figured we'll never know how many ppl we could get to go unless I posted it.. There wasn't enough interest in it from the start, maybe at a later date, later time it will happen..

Oh well....
