whats with the fire behind the popo?

 

I just checked with the person who took that picture. Apparently some kid was drag racing and his tires blew apart and a peice of tire hit his gas tank and exploded.

Actually though, I think it's just a wierd picture because there is no fire lol I think it's just the light

 

either way, looks pretty cool :-)
