Central Florida People

I have set up a new website to hopefully draw all central florida protege owners a little closer together. It has a forum that we can use to discuss many different protege matters and set up meets. Many of you can also use it to host a page of your about your car and such (Alternative to cardomain.com, soundomain.com and imagestation). Check it out and let me know what you think.

It's coming along good, needs more pictures of me.

Not my car, just me. THAT'S WHAT EVERY WEBSITE NEEDS.

Yeah, good work.

I go away for the weekend and not one addition to this thread. I swear, Orlando is full of a bunch of proteges, but only a few want to seem to meet up. What is up Orlando?

I agree with you but the car show is in two weeks and we already have a total of 6 people. I just like how some people complain of never getting a meet together but now that we are trying to organize one, nobody wants to come.

why dont we set something up that once a month or every 2 weeks we have a meet? lets get this thing going. 5+ years ago me and 2 other people started a car club and it took over a year to get more people to come on board now it is one of the hardest car clubs to join. i dont belong to it anymore cause i moved to orlando. so with a little pacience and dedication we can get something going here. where is everybody meeting for the speedlife meet?

I'm also taking saturday off from work so I really dont care at what time you guys want to meet. What I would like to know is at what time does everybody would like to arrive at the car show. The car show starts at 5pm and goes till 12pm.

I would like to get to the show about 6 or 7pm. not too late as I will probably have to work in the AM. So, maybe if we have the meet at like 4pm and we could eat something before going over to the show. What do y'all think?

Rider69 sounds good to me 6 to 7 would be a good time to get there and also all of this depends on the weather and yeah I think we should get together have something to eat as a group and then check the rides out and get to know each other. And Rider69 where do you think we should meet, I just think that it would be better to meet a bit far away from I-Drive.

reefruner5 the plans are pretty much we meet at like 4 or so hang out and get to meet each other and after we all drive together to the Convention Center for the car show that starts at 5 and goes till 12 and if you want to know more about the car show go to speedlife.com.

See if you guys want to eat where would you guys like to go to. Please nothing to fancy I'm trying to save for my turbo Like a Bennigans or Wing House or even the Orlando Ale House are some examples. Everyone give their ideas. And

Ok, after taking a ride down I drive this afternoon, here is what I have come up with for options: (I had to think about ample parking so that we could all park together)

1. AleHouse (Kirkman/Vineland Rd., Across from Universal)
2. Sonic (I-drive, but might be a bit crowded with other groups, etc)
3. TGI Fridays (Either across from Universal or the one just off I-Drive)
4. Uno (I-drive, but ample parking in the rear)
5. Bennigans (On south I-drive near Sea-world, parking might be a little bit of an issue)

I am going to post a poll on the cflprotege forum here:
http://www.cflprotege.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=8

Vote and let us know so that we can finalize this meet.
