Uh.. newbie on board!!!!!!!!
Hello Everyone,
Just bought a '94 Pro-Lx Dohc for the kid, but I'm loving the car and I may keep it for myself!!!! I'm very impressed with it, it's got quite alot of power for a small engine, and it sounds great when it hits about 5k!!!!!!!
Here's a link you can cut and paste and see the actual car I bought.

I hope to hang here for awhile, so once again, Hello!!

Welcome Bill, hope your stay here is as comfortable and fun as possible.
the nice sound you hear at 5000rpm is the instake's VICS system (Varibale intake control system) switching intake runners in the intake manifold.

Thanks for the warm welcome, everyone!! As for the car, it's definately getting a workout. I picked it up last Tuesday in Dallas, drove it home to San Antonio-300 miles. Drove it around all week, got an alignment, new tires, fixed the shifter and sunroof deflector, then lent it to my best friend who took it to Lubbuck (6 hour drive) and had no problems. As soon as he gets back, it's getting a new timing belt and new brakes.
