A/C warm after rschraeder valve replacement

Dear group need help. 2013 mazda3 2.0 skyactive motor refilled a/c after replacement of leaking schraeder valve.
I ordered valve tool next day but loosened instead of tightened and a 1/2 turn the valve blew off. Oil and freon for 5 min just frozen with horror.

I ordered gauges and vacuum pulled vacuum after replacement valve I added 20cc or 3/4 ounce of pag 46 oil was real scared as not 100% how much oil came out.

After adding oil did another 1 hour vacuum held -30 and all night as well. Added 12oz of r134a was expecting 16 or so oz but it was cold as heck i saw about 40 psi on the low pressure but i never opened the high pressure now that i think about it. Then i wanted to see what the regular a/c recharge kit would say and it showed center green.

next day did a test drive but unfortunately it was a colder 68-70 morning. girlfriend drove it, as the day went on she said a/c not cold I am at the airport and she said again lukewarm air today damn it….

need your advice could i have added too much oil? .20cc is .75 ounce max is 2 oz i saw at least 3-4 spoons worth every where under the hood

or any ideas??? Thanks you
