Clicking Noise from drivers side front tire area when wheels are turned at low speed

My 2007 Mazda 3 makes a clicking noise coming from the driver's side front tire when the car is either stopped and the wheels are turned left or right or when I am slowly turning into a parking space/driveway etc. The strut bearing was replaced but the sound is still there. Any ideas? Thanks!!

It's probably caused by a bad CV joint. Have it checked.
