I have 2011 mazda 3
recently it started to shows signs of trouble - sometimes the indication of Park position does not work. The problem is intermittent. When I move the shifter up and down, the indication will come back.
Recently I lost indication of the D position while driving. no indications worked for a while, even as I changed position of the shifter from D to N and to manual shifting. Car drove, but seemed that it downshfted.
After shutting off and restarting after lunch, everything looked fine
I am planning to replace safety neutral switch for start.
did anybody experience such problems?
