Touch-up paint

Hello again everyone,
My '09 Mazda 3s has accumulated quite a few paint chips and scratches on the front and trunk area from daily use. I have gotten some paint from my local dealership and I was just wondering if someone has done it before and has any pointers before I do it?

Did you get the touch up paint pen?
You can get picky but honestly...chips and scratches are going to be ineveitable.
I have the touch up pen and all I do is make sure she's nice and clean and dry then dab the small chips and let them dry good before applying the clear coat over top. If you don't wait for it to dry before the clear it makes a mess. As for scratches I don't bother with the touch up pen if they are light cause it looks bad. I did with my old car and it made them stand out far worse.
Instead for the scratches I did a full detail on my car with colored wax for dark cars then applied a sealant over top. Really helped fill in those pesky light scratches.

Good luck!!

clear car bra? When the clear car bra gets pitted you simply peal the clear bra off the car and replace. The paint stays as new no re painting or touch up needed.
