Mazda 3 (Tamura) osram or PhilipsXtreme?

Mazda 3 (Tamura) osram or PhilipsXtreme?
Can anyone advice me whether I would be wasting my money on Osram or philipsXtreme bulbs....? I want to upgrade, but don't really want a HID convertion. But being a bit of a poser, I want the best bulb on the market...!!
