2004 m3 A/t trans hard shifting when cold only shifs fine when warm or hot and it onlty 1 - 2 gears. Ive read on the speshle m5 fluid preformed dran and fill no change also re-placed filter in trans probly time for new one.

 

mine does the exact some but only in the cold weather. if it does the same thing after its warmed up then you have a problem
