Unhappy 09 mazda 3 brake problems

Hey guys, I'm new to this forum. And I was wondering, I just bought a new Mazda 3 hatchback auto and the brakes don't feel grabby and it feels as if its slipping. My car only has 200 miles on it. Does the brakes need to break in or is it something wrong with my car? Thx guys in advance for ur replies.

Hey Im new here, but I have an 09 Mazda3 HB that I bought just after my friend bought an 08 sedan. Both of ours are fine. Take it to the dealership. Mine have been really good.

I purchased on 09 Sedan less than two weeks ago. I have put about 800 miles on it and have had no issues. You may want to take it to the dealership and have them look into it.

I've heard that its just the break pads.. probably because they were put out threw some hard weather that makes it have that slipping feeling...

I have a 06 mazda 3 HB GT and i took it to the dealership but only to check my splashguards...Dealerships often will check ur car and tell you that they did something but they really didnt so that way u pay then keep coming in to pay more money...my dads brake fluid and powersteering fluid were apparently changed every time the car went in but when he took it to a shop they said the fluid hadnt been changed when it should have been...so really take ur car to a shop that u trust cause chances are they will do it right!

I'm feeling the same thing in my 08.5 hatchback. It's really annoying.

I'm going to take it to the dealer. Let us know if you have any luck with them.
