Nah, more like time for less rubbing, less cleaning, less tuner.

BTW, how are wheels related to emissions testing? Anything more than a tipoff to nosy techs that mods may lurk underhood?

 

^ I dunno man .. it was just a wild guess. I've never had to do emissions .. EVER I just thought that maybe they're pretty **** in some states about your car being modified at all, so you couldn't even have aftermarket rims.

i'd be willing to part with my stockers - however, the tires need to be replaced, and the finish on them isn't the BEST it could be... they're the one's on the car in my sig
