Fuel Managment

Hay whats up guys i was wondering if any of you guys had any suggestions on a good fuel managent system for my mazdaspeed protege. I have the basic bolt ons and the boost up a tad and im getting alot of hesitation and i hit fuel cut somestime. I saw a system made by splitsecond at protegegarage.com. But i think its pretty new, also i was wondering if any of you guys have ever hardwired your fuel pump to stop the fuel cut problem. I have not done it, but i was wondering if anybody has tried it.
